I had an amazing experience at Ben & Florentine! The service was genuinely outstanding fast, attentive, and incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and made the whole visit smooth and pleasant. One thing I really appreciated was how often they checked in; my coffee was refilled regularly without even asking, which is something you don’t see everywhere. The food arrived quickly, everything was fresh, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. They also surprised us with free smoothie shots to try, and honestly, they were incredible super flavorful and a really nice extra touch that made the experience feel even more special. Another reason to visit right now: they currently have an offer available until January 4th. When you purchase a gift card of $50 or more, you get a free 290g caramel spread and a $10 voucher. It’s a great deal and definitely worth taking advantage of. Overall, the staff goes above and beyond, the service is exceptional, and the little extras make all the difference.
