Ben & Florentine Regent

I decided to stop by Ben & Florentine’s after getting bloodwork (as I was fasting for 12 hours prior), and I’m incredibly happy I made that decision. The server Nobi was exceptional. He was kind, and always on top of things (topping up coffee, recommendations of hot sauce etc). I had the Bacon & Cheddar Sausage Eggs Benedict, and it did not disappoint. The hashbrowns were perfectly crisp, the fruit was fresh, and the Egg Benedict’s were delicious. They also had a variety of Hot Sauces (Firebarns Sauce Piquante) which were all great, but I went with the wiseman Nobi’s decision of the Bacon Habanero for most of my meal, as it tasted the best of the three. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. There was beautiful classical music playing while I was enjoying my meal. Also their coffee is excellent. If you’re ever in the area (Regent Location), and fasting before getting blood work (basically next door), I highly recommend stopping by here for Breakfast!

Being one who is gluten intolerant it was an absolute delight to dine here. Nobarun our server was knowledgeable on my situation and made fantastic recommendations. The food and service was excellent. Will definitely return. Thank you Nobarun it was a pleasure to meet you.
