Ben & Florentine Kenaston

It was my first time visiting Ben & Florentine, and I told Jacklyn that I had never been there before. She was absolutely awesome and took the time to go through the entire menu with me and helped me choose my order. The food was delicious, so good that I ended up ordering more! Thank you so much, Jacklyn, for being so helpful and welcoming. I’m definitely looking forward to dining in next time! Highly recommend!

Come here for brunch every couple of months and it’s fresh and super aesthetic! Service is a hit or miss here I find on weekends (they’re very busy). I ask for hot water as my beverage and only half the time I actually receive it. I don’t bother asking again since it seems that they are busy and I don’t want to be a bother, however this dampens my experience a little each time this occurs. The last visit I found the English muffin for their Benedict’s have been very tough and hard to chew. Not sure if it’s overcooked when it’s a meal time rush period or the quality is just going downhill. I couldn’t even eat it and just ate the egg and bacon on top. Most recently I tried one of their seasonal plates, a peach crepe combo. It was very yummy and beautifully served! I do appreciate their creativity and ever changing menu options, that give customers a fresh twist each time they visit. Still my favourite breakfast spot in the area!
